Would you like to learn more about recruiting volunteers, writing grants, and raising money? Come spend the semester with us!

Description of Duties:

  • Work with Administrative Director to learn what running the office of a non-profit entails
    • Assists in grant writing 
    • Assists in donor development
  • Work with Marketing Coordinator to enhance the marketing efforts of the organization
    • Assist in ensuring the website has up-to-date information
    • Assist with gathering photographs and stories for social media and blogs
    • Assist with creation and posting of social media as directed
  • Work with Volunteer Coordinator to learn about volunteer management Assists with contacting volunteers regarding schedule changes or other needs
    • Assist with expressing appreciation for volunteers
    • Assist with overseeing volunteers


  • May be a Jr. or Sr.
  • Experience with Google Suites, web design, social media, photography a plus.
  • Should be 16 years or older
  • Must Maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher
  • Must have availability to fulfill duties as scheduled with minimal absences
